About Us:

Over 25 projects and classes which directly support local people who are most in need!

RHL improves physical and mental health, reduces social isolation and supports people to overcome barriers. Our current activities include:

• cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation sessions for adults suffering from serious health conditions
• cancer rehabilitation classes
• NHS health checks (helping prevent serious health conditions such as stroke and heart disease)
• social activities in local care homes
• Diabetes education
• exercise classes for older adults
• a range of health education initiatives
• social groups where participants can learn, share and support each other

We need your help to continue delivering our services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people in Rushmoor and surrounding areas. Your support really will make a huge difference to a wide range of local residents!
