About us

Community Matters Partnership Project (CMPP) are an charity that helps and ecourages businesses to give back to their local communities by sharing time, skills and resources with those who need it.

Charities, schools and community groups can apply via the CMPP website for support from corporate volunteers through three key focused programs:

Community Action Days: A team of corporate volunteers will come to your venue and provide helping hands for a specific project you need help with. That could be creating an allotment within a school or helping to make over the garden at a playgroup to painting your charities venue or helping install a therapy garden. Community Action Days make a visual difference.

Business Ambassadors: Where not-for-profit organisations can seek help from a business professional. It might be that your organisation needs some advice on websites, financial planning, marketing or cyber security. We try to brocker what you need with a business who can help you.

Businesses into Education: CMPP support schools by sourcing corporate volunteers from the world of work to go into and help with work-related projects from mock interviews to enterprise days.

It costs us £100,000 to fund these three projects each year and e have to find that ourselves. If you buy a lottery ticket for us we would be most appreciative of your support and it will help to keep these projects going and do more of them as we build funds.
